About us
Two disciplines,under one roof.
Architectural design and mechanical engineering. We carry a project from the first sketch to the final installation with the same team.
Who we are
From the drawing board to the site
Based in the village of Tsaratsovo near Plovdiv, Bulgaria, TEMA 2021 EOOD works in architectural design, while our sister company H.I.K. STROY EOOD handles mechanical design and installation.
The architectural concept and the mechanical infrastructure of a building are usually handed to two separate firms, and that is where coordination is lost. We brought both under one roof. The team deciding the façade sits at the same table as the team routing the ductwork.
To date we have worked on 25 projects across Türkiye, Bulgaria, Iraq and Nigeria: from housing to industrial plants, from hotels to hospitals. TEMA 2021 EOOD is entered in the Central Professional Register of Builders of the Bulgarian Construction Chamber.
Our work comes down to two words: We design. We build.
